Yesterday, the Mayor of Bullas, María Dolores Muñoz, and the Councilor for Education, Antonio José Espín, held a meeting with the Director General of Educational Centers, Maria Remedios Lajara, in order to address issues related to matters of their competence relating to the municipality of Bullas.
One of the main issues that the first Edil and the Councilor transferred to the General Director was the need to create a school cafeteria.
"This is a complementary service of an educational nature that helps to promote the reconciliation of family and work life and Bullas does not exist as such," says the Mayor.
Today the primary school children of the locality have to attend the canteen of the Child Attention Center of Bullas.
For his part, Lajara explained the procedures to follow and the way to proceed so that it is soon a reality and that Bullas has a school cafeteria.
As for other matters, they also urged the Directorate General of Educational Centers to provide the Castellar School with a space for multiple uses or to build a psychomotor classroom.
"It is an urgent need, in the Castellar School there is no space for children to develop other types of activities that require a specific place to develop," explains the Edil de Educación.
In addition, they reminded him, on the one hand, that shortly they should begin the works at the Los Cantos Institute so that they are finished facing the next course and to be able to teach the Hairdressing Training Course normally and, on the other hand, that it is urgent to carry out the change of the fiber cement roof of the Colegio Artero.
