This morning the Sports Councilor, Alfonso Manuel Guirado, has handed over the gift voucher to Damián Guirado for his photography in the contest of the XX popular race 'San Silvestre'.
His image taken from the runners with a long exposure, explained Damian Guirado, "has allowed me to capture the movement of the athletes giving a phantasmagorical feeling of them", leaving the buildings in the fixed plane.
Guirado has acknowledged that he had already thought about that photo and that he wanted to take out the arch in Plaza Vieja, an emblematic place in Bullas.
The Bullas Photographic Association and the other sports associations of the municipality, with the collaboration of the Department of Sports, organized this contest to mark the twentieth anniversary of the popular race.
The prize is a ham that this amateur photographer of Bullas takes.
