The Denomination of Origin Bullas will celebrate the third edition of the Wine Movement Day of Designation of Origin (DO) on Saturday May 11 in the town that gives it its name, Bullas, in tribute to the 25th Anniversary of its constitution that celebrates this 2019.
The event will take place in the Plaza de España, where the monument to the vintner is located and will start at 1:00 pm and until 2:00 pm it will be possible to taste white, rosé and red wines from DO Bullas.
The Regulating Council will give all the participants the official cup of the DO until supplies are exhausted, so that all attendees can taste the wines and at 13.30 they can raise their glasses to collectively offer together with thousands of people from different parts of our country.
The DO Bullas Regulatory Council joins this protest movement to defend together with other 28 DO of wine in Spain, the commitment of the DDOO to value the quality wines of their area, as well as the values ​​linked to the wines with DO: quality, diversity, authenticity, cultural roots, ...;
as well as to highlight the contribution of denominations of origin to the structuring of rural areas and the establishment of population in the territory.
To make the movement visible, the campaign will be disseminated from all the DO areas through social networks, which will play a crucial role.
Users can share their photographs by offering or enjoying this day with the hashtag #BrindisMVDO, through which they will enter the draw for wine packs with designation of origin.
