The Bullas City Council, through the Consumer Office, will provide information to the citizens of the legal service to be provided in the municipal departments of Social Services, in front of the Artero College, so that they can resolve any issue related to the issue of Ground clauses.
This service, by appointment, will start on March 1, Wednesdays, in the afternoon from 4 to 8, and people affected by the floor clauses can claim the mortgage expenses and, thus, achieve a solution.
In order to make a claim to a particular bank, a simple copy of the mortgage loan deed is necessary in all cases.
In addition to the table of movements or operations of the loan, the duplicate of the communications of the entity concerning the change of the applied interest rate, the bill of the notary, invoice of the property registry, invoice of the managerial and a letter of payment of the Tax of documented legal acts.
Appointments to be attended by an expert in legal service will be given on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 to 14 hours in the Office of the Consumer located in the building Don Pepe Marsilla.
