The X DOP Bullas Show will start on Monday, March 13 at 7:30 p.m. at the Bullas Wine Museum, with the presentation of the new wines of the appellation of origin, which will include the wineries Balcona Carrascalejo, Monastrell, Rosario , Fernando Carreño Peñalver, Hydria, San Isidro, Tercia de Ulea and Lavia.
This morning was presented to the media, at a ceremony attended by the General Director of Productions and Food Markets, Fulgencio Pérez, as well as the President of the Governing Board of the Bullas PDO, Francisco Carreño, the Mayor of Bullas, María Dolores Muñoz, and the Deputy Mayor and Councilor of Agriculture of the municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz.
After the presentation of the program a Wine Tasting of the Bullas DOP was offered as an advance of the novelties that the wineries will present in the different activities of the Exhibition.
The tasting was directed by Sumiller José Sánchez Alcaraz.
As part of the program of the Festival, which is annually celebrated with the aim of promoting the wines covered under this quality label, on Tuesday, March 14, also at the Bullas Wine Museum, at ten o'clock in the morning, will start The contest of quality of the wines, with a blind tasting.
And at eight o'clock in the afternoon, in Caravaca de la Cruz, will be held the awards ceremony of the quality contest held during the day.
