During the days 19, 20 and 21 of May are celebrated in I Bullas I First Conference "History and Heritage" on the municipality, organized by the Department of Culture of the City, within the framework of the "Bullas es Cultura" programming.
The opening ceremony of Friday, the 19th, will be attended by the Mayor, María Dolores Muñoz, and the Councilor for Culture, Antonio José Espín.
It will be at 7 pm in the auditorium of the House of Culture, where the lectures and lectures of historians, teachers and technicians will be held.
The Director of the Royal Academy of Alfonso X El Sabio, Juan González Castaño, will be in charge of opening the conference with a paper on Bullas in the eighteenth century.
Antonio Párraga and Juan Fernández, both technical architects and a master's degree in architectural heritage from the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena will speak about the Casa-Museo Don Pepe Marsilla and its Nolla mosaics.
On Saturday, May 20, at 10:30 a.m., the day begins with a presentation on Bullas' heraldry by Juan Luís Albentosa, historian and university specialist in Archival and Diplomatic Sciences, along with Alfonso José Sánchez, also Historian, with a master's degree in History and Heritage, as well as another as a Trainer and doctorate by the University of Murcia.
At 12 noon, it is the turn for Francisco-Reyes Marsilla de Pascual, professor of CC and TT Historiográficas of the University of Murcia (UM), which will deal with the issue of Bullas and its documentary heritage.
Later in the afternoon, there will be another presentation by Jorge Martínez, who graduated in History of Art, along with María José Martínez, who also graduated in History of Art, both working on research in that area for UM, explaining the heritage Of the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary.
On Saturday the day ends with a route guided by the historian José Luís García Caballero through the streets of the old town of Bullas.
On Sunday, the theater company Gesto-Regnorum will recreate Viking life and customs in the Middle Ages.
A show that can be seen in the Plaza of Spain from 10.30 hours.
