On the occasion of the celebration, next September, the appointment of Bullas Favorite Son of the centenary of his birth, posthumously, the Franciscan Father Fermin poet and Maria Garcia Sanchez, the director and philologist Miguel Hernandez Cultural Foundation Aitor L.
Larrabide, donates five books and magazines provided as contained in its library.
The director of the Miguel Hernandez Cultural Foundation, located in Orihuela, echoing the importance for the municipality of Bullas the figure of Father Fermin and actions that are planned to honor him, wants to contribute to this act to expand the bibliographic that of this famous local poet has our town.
Father Fermin Maria was closely linked throughout his life to the city of Orihuela, being there in the Franciscan convent, where he died on October 5, 2011.
Donated books are:
"Apotheosis of the wheat kernel," 1942
"Moments", 1948
"Hearts and Roses", 1951
"Crying general Guatemala", 1986
"Romance of the child language", 1996
The first three to pass stored in the "old fund" and the last two will be available in the "local background" of the Municipal Library of Bullas.
We have also provided several magazines, which are scanned, the "Seraphic Youth", published by Choristers Franciscans of the Province of Cartagena and dating from 1946 to 1962, appearing in Father Fermin poems and articles that talk about his work .
Given the importance of this grant, the municipality of Bullas, from the Department of Culture, publicly thanks the invaluable act of coming to be an important extension of the old collection of the Municipal Library.

Larrabide for your interest in this subject and his generosity to get rid of these texts as significant.
All these books and magazines will be on public view in the exhibition which opens on Father Fermin on 8 September and will also have all of his writing, nearly 100 photographs and personal items that have accompanied him in his life.
The remaining activities to be carried out on the occasion of this tribute, which will range from 8 to 16 September, will be announced shortly.
