The Mayor, Pedro Chico, and President of the Centre for Rural Development, Local and Employment, Francisco Carreño, presented today at the plenary hall of the City of Bullas the three projects revitalization of the tourism sector has set up the Centre for the revitalization of the tourism sector;
specifically, Fototurismo, Farmhouse and Creating Business Networks.
The main objective of these projects, funded by the LEADER initiative is to contribute to a richer experience for visitors from the collaboration between local entrepreneurs.
The projects are held throughout the area covered by the Comprehensive Local Action Group, which covers the region of Northwest River Mula, districts high Lorca and Espuña.
Bullas City Council, through the Local Development Agency is working in both the promotion of activities, and the implementation of some of the strategies.
One project that requires more active participation by residents and visitors is the project called "Fototurismo" whose aim is to present some of the hidden corners of our country and its traditions, customs and landscapes in addition to the unique buildings that are splashed across the Northwest Murciano.
It is a photo contest for amateurs, and photos to be taken into account are actual photos of this 2015. The deadline for registration and submission of photos ends on April 30 and is done through the web fototurismo.observalocal .com.
The winner a stay for two people in the rural accommodation "La Caraba" as well as his work shall be exposed, along with the other selected photos of the contest, on a road show tour will take every corner of the Shire.
