Yesterday, the Councilor for Culture, Antonio José Espín, opened the exhibition comprising more than thirty paintings made with different techniques and whose theme is eroticism.
Within the framework of the Erotic Week, this is one of the most outstanding activities, for the third consecutive year the Department of Culture of the City of Bullas called the Erotic Painting Competition, as explained Espin, has had a great acceptance with a total of 26 pictures presented.
The artists are from different localities of the Spanish geography and, of course, from Bullas.
In fact, the first prize went to Pedro López González bullfighter who takes 400 euros.
The second prize went to the neighboring town of Mula for the artist Salvador López Gutiérrez and is endowed with 200 euros.
"Until June 3, coinciding with the Sunday of Zacatín, we can see this exhibition that stands out for having pictures of great beauty and extraordinary technique.The jury, I know it has been difficult to opt for a work or another" noted Antonio José Espín.
"I encourage you to visit it and contemplate the beauty transmitted by these paintings full of eroticism, nothing obscene and that we should admire with total naturalness," Councilman Espín concluded.
