The artist Noemí Yepes inaugurated her exhibition "Ododua, the roots of our nature" at the Casa de Cultura de Bullas.
It is a sample, made up of more than a score of sculptures, some of large format, which can be visited from July 21 to 22.
'Ododua' focuses on a personal worldview of nature and its direct connection with women and birth, pretending to take the observer to the very threshold of human existence, making constant reference to those roots that unite us to our original environment.
Using basic materials such as wood, with hardly any transformation, the sand from the beach, the esparto grass, the natural thread rooted to the earth, the cardboard in which it is clearly seen layer after layer, shows us the continuity of the life of materials that They have been discarded and recycled by their hands with the intention of returning them to their origin, as a way to care for and protect the environment.
This exhibition reaches the town through the Plan of Exhibition Spaces of the Region of Murcia, promoted by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment, in which the municipality of Bullas is attached.
It can be seen from Monday to Sunday from 11 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm in the exhibition hall of the Casa de Cultura.
