The Department of Agriculture, area directed by Juan Valera, informs that by indication of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries the BELPRON C-80 product will be distributed in the Services warehouse of the City Council, in front of the Ecopark, starting tomorrow Friday.
This product is exclusive for farmers whose stone fruit tree plantations, not including olive and almond trees, were affected by hail last week.
Thus, the use of fungicide prevents the entry of fungi or bacteria that could cause damage to the tree.
The aforementioned product will be delivered to the affected farmers at a rate of 1 kilo per hectare, for this they must fill out a file with their data, estate and plot of the farm.
Its distribution to organic farming plots is prohibited.
The service warehouse will be open in the morning and all the necessary information will be provided there.
