Since the nineties the municipality of Bullas and the Concello de Betanzos, have been maintaining close relationships in the tourism, cultural, sports and social, which have led to bonds of friendship and cooperation that are maintained and increase day after day.
"Motivated by the fact that relations between municipalities are an essential factor that allows not only cooperation between the respective administrations, but especially the mutual knowledge of their neighbors, the exchange of experiences and, ultimately, mutual enrichment" the Mayor of Bullas, María Dolores Muñoz, has signed with the Mayor of Betanzos, María Barral, today, the agreement of both municipal corporations formally declaring the municipalities of Bullas and Betanzos sister cities that will seek, the establishment of exchange mechanisms in the fields of culture, education, economy, tourism, sports, the elderly, as well as any other that benefits their respective communities.
After the signing, there was an exchange of presents.
Accompanying the Mayor of Betanzos were councilors of his Government Team.
