In the coming weeks, the call for assistance for improving energy efficiency and for improving the conservation and accessibility of homes will be opened, framed within the State Housing Plan 2018-2021.
With the aim of helping and advising interested parties when submitting the corresponding applications, the Bullas City Council will establish an information point every Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., from October 29 to the December 10th at the Municipal Technical Office, located on the second floor of the Casa D. Pepe Marsilla, in C / Rosario, N ° 3.
The program to promote the improvement of energy efficiency and sustainability in housing can benefit buildings and single-family homes (in urban and rural areas), built preferably before 1996. The maximum amount of aid will reach up to 40% of the investment and can not exceed € 12,000 for single-family homes and € 8,000 for housing in buildings.
This amount will increase if a person with a disability resides in the home.
The program of promotion of conservation, improvement of the safety of use and accessibility in housing can also benefit buildings and single-family homes (in urban and rural areas), built preferably before 1996. The maximum amount of aid It will also reach up to 40% of the investment, but in this case it can not exceed € 3,000 per home for conservation actions, and € 8,000 per home for accessibility actions.
This amount will also increase if a person with a disability resides in the home.
