The European Wine Tourism Day is celebrated on November 11th.
The initiative launched in 2009 by the European Network of Wine Cities (RECEVIN) is celebrated in countries such as Italy, France and Portugal, as well as Spain, and its objective is to promote the wine regions as economic assets and stimulate wine tourism, a sector that increasingly has more demand and acceptance.
For this reason, the Association of Wine Museums of Spain proposes for the first time a collective action of its museums, to join the different activities scheduled for that day, offering Free Tours for its facilities and exhibitions during the week of celebration of the European Day of the Enoturismo.
To support the project, and in virtue of the current collaboration agreement between the Wine and Acevin Museums, the Wine Routes of Spain will in turn propose the participation in this initiative of the wine museums belonging to their collective that are not part yet of the Association of Wine Museums of Spain.
This is the case of the Bullas Wine Museum, which is part of the Bullas Wine Route, and which will join this initiative to offer three Free Tours and publicize its facilities for that day.
It will be at the hours of 11.00, 12.00 and 13.00.
A free tour is a guided tour of a tourist / cultural space characterized by not having a fixed cost rate.
In this way visitors have the option, at the end of the visit, to pay the amount they consider appropriate for the service depending on the degree of satisfaction of their expectations.
The funds raised in the Free Tours will be donated to the Aladina Foundation, to support their commendable work to help children and adolescents with cancer and their families.
