Carpentry and furniture 'have installed what are known by hotels for insects and nest boxes in schools Bullas and La Copa, as well as in the vicinity of La Rafa, to protect biodiversity in school gardens and the surrounding vegetation .
Last week the students, accompanied by the councilors of Education, Antonio José Espín, and Local Development, Águeda Fernández, visited the Bishops Garcia Rodenas school and there taught the students of the center to use these wooden boxes in the form of home.
They also went to the Antonio Machado School in La Copa to explain the operation of these hotels for insects and nest boxes that serve to shelter ladybugs, bees, beetles, spiders, insects that feed on the usual pests that we usually find in gardens such as the woodlice, the whitefly, the aphid, etc.
