The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries has published the extract of the call for aid for investment in agricultural holdings in the framework of the Rural Development Program of the Region of Murcia, for the year 2019.
The purpose of this call is that natural persons, farms of shared ownership, communities of property or legal persons with registered office in the Region of Murcia, may request a capital grant, which shall be paid prior execution and justification by the beneficiary of the approved investments, as well as the fulfillment of the rest of the foreseen requirements established in the Order of Bases.
This help line is aimed at supporting those investments, material and intangible, that improve the overall performance, economic results and sustainability of the agricultural and livestock exploitation.
The intensity of the aid will be 40% of the eligible amount of the eligible investments, generally included in the aid application.
This amount will be increased by 20 additional percentage points, in the case of investments in farms located in mountain areas of the Region of Murcia, and an additional 20%, in the case of young farmers who have been established during the five years prior to the request for aid, and continue to meet the age condition (under 41 years).
The maximum admissible amount of the investments, per beneficiary and exploitation, is limited to € 40,000.00, granting the aid for a single annuity.
Individuals and companies interested in these grants must submit their application before March 15, and may obtain more information at the Agricultural Land Offices.
