The workers of the area of services of parks and gardens of the City council of Bullas have explained to the students of the School Bishops Garci'a Rodenas how it has been the plantation of the madroños in the Acequia street.
These strawberry trees were adorning the classrooms of this school during the Christmas holidays and now have been planted in the new pedestrian street open next to the school garden.
The Councilor for the Environment, Juan Valera, made it clear that these strawberry trees will be maintained by the students of the school and that it is intended that "children learn that we can enjoy a good Christmas decoration respecting the environment and having family activities and companions.
It is useless to buy a recycled Christmas tree with different materials and then throw them away.
In this way we make Christmas more special and with the merit that we are helping to conserve the environment and not degrade it. "
