The Community allocated 39,661 euros to improve the accessibility of the 805 meters of the Swamp Path. Inheritance of the Cup, in Bullas. The Minister of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Miguel Ángel del Amor, visited this road today, where he noted that "the conditioning of this road has benefited 50 families in the municipality who can now access their farms and livestock, providing them with greater security and uniting the rural areas."
For this, the clearing of the land was carried out, cleaning of the margins of the road and elimination of topsoil.
The width of the esplanade was extended to five meters, in order to give greater traffic safety.
Likewise, the corresponding profiling of the road and the execution of ditches were made to avoid accumulations of water on the road surface, as well as vertical signs to improve road safety.
The Community will invest more than 7.1 million euros during 2019 in the preparation of 108 kilometers on 38 rural roads in the Region.
These grants are part of the Rural Development Program of the Region of Murcia (PDR) 2014-2020, financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (Feader) with 63 percent, by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and Food with 11.10 percent and by the Autonomous Community with 25.90 percent.
