The Exhibition Spaces Plan of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, which seeks to promote artists from the region and provide more cultural offer to different municipalities, shows in the exhibition hall of the House of Culture of Bullas until July 7 the creations of José Soler Navarro.
Under the title 'Nature forged', the exhibition includes sculptures in which the metal comes to life imitating natural forms that range from flamenco to colorful jellyfish.
They also reflect elements such as water and fire;
objects and reinterpretations of the figure of the pilgrim or of the Moors and Christians.
The pieces are characterized by the mixture of reality and fiction.
The general director of the Institute of Cultural Industries and the Arts (ICA), Marta López Briones, said that "the Exhibition Space Plan has a great acceptance and contributes to boost the activity of the creators and the culture life of the municipalities. example is the sample of José Soler Navarro in Bullas ".
In total, this year's Exhibition Plan includes 59 exhibitions in which 67 artists born or residents in the Region of Murcia will show their work.
This initiative to promote culture and creativity has a budget of the Institute for Cultural Industries and Arts of 100,000 euros.
The artist
José Soler Navarro (Murcia, 1987) began his studies and first steps in art under the tutelage of master Diego Segura Martínez and from his own architecture and design company, develops his artistic work using electric welding, forging or resins.
His work has been present in exhibitions in Spain, the Principality of Monaco, France and Italy, collaborating with the Babel galleries and the Italian ArtExpo.
The exhibition 'Naturaleza forjada' by José Soler Navarro can be visited in the exhibition hall of the Casa de Cultura de Bullas until July 7, from Monday to Sunday and from 11:00 to 13:00 and 17: 00 to 20:00 hours.
