The cultivation of the vine and the elaboration of the wine are part of the culture and heritage of Bullas.
Immersed in the middle of the vintage season, the wine will be the protagonist in 'El Zacatín' next Sunday, October 6, which is celebrated in the Old Square and around 9 am to 2 pm.
In the square of Spain you can see the demonstration of how the grapes were stepped on and the must was obtained.
It will be at 12 noon and we can also taste the fresh must of Bodegas del Rosario in a traditional tavern, while tasting the Wines of the PDO Bullas in the stand that will place the Regulatory Council of the Bullas Designation of Origin.
On the other hand, the visitors have the option of making the route of the First Wine Grape Promotional Wine.
This route includes: theatrical visit to Casa Don Pepe, lunch tasting with wines from the Bodega San Isidro Bullas, getting to know the Bodega de la Balsa, touring the flea market, with a tread display and tasting of must.
The price of the route is 20 euros for adults and 8 for children.

Thanks to the Matícate theater group, we approach Bullas' ways of life during the year 1900 at the time of harvest.
