The City of Bullas, together with the Alzhad Association, will launch a series of workshops on Wednesday November 13 aimed at people over 50 who do not have memory problems and, therefore, will have a preventive nature.
They will be held every Wednesday from 10 am to 11:30 am at the Bullas House of Culture until June.
"This activity is intended to expand the offer for people of this age group, while improving their quality of life and health present and future," says the Councilor for Social Welfare, Agustín Vicente Madrid.
The workshops are totally free, being one of the proposals selected in the last edition of participatory budgets.
It will be taught by psychologist specialist in Gerontology Laura Caballero, of the Alzheimer's and Other Dementias Association of Bullas "Alzhad".
Among the objectives, it is to prevent or delay the deterioration of cognitive abilities (attention, memory, language, orientation ...) through dynamic methodology activities, as well as favoring the socialization of the participants.
Registrations are open and can be made through Informajoven and by telephone 968 654 868. Any person can join the workshop throughout it while there are free places.
