A new edition of the 'SecretWine Walks' will be held next Saturday, November 9, an experience that takes you to know the secret paths of wine such as places, wineries, museums, which are part of the Bullas Wine Route.
The program begins at 9 in the morning with the reception of the participants in the Wine Museum.
Then, departure to the place of La Venta del Pino.
Place of great landscape richness, of cut orography, with elevations like Los Cuchillos and Lavia and altitudes above 1,200 m.
The thickness of the pine trees contrasts with the landscape of vineyards where the Monastrell grape stands out, a native variety very adapted to these conditions, being the protagonist of an organic viticulture to produce high quality wines.
In this environment, the route between vineyards will be made, the flavors and smells of the countryside will be discovered, the facilities of Bodegas Hydria will be visited, a winery mimicked with the landscape of mountain and vineyard, where technology and tradition come together to respect all the potential that own the grapes in each harvest and with which wines of great complexity and own personality are elaborated.
The food will be at El Castillico Tourist Complex, located in the countryside.
And finally, optionally, you will be able to know the ways of life of the late nineteenth century with the visit to the Casa Don Pepe Bullas 1900.
