The Mayor, María Dolores Muñoz, and the Councilor for Health, Paqui Fernández, held a meeting last Monday with the manager of the Murcia Health Service, Asensio López Santiago, to discuss matters of interest related to the municipality.
López Santiago confirmed to the first Edil and the Councilor for Health that at the beginning of the year the Rehabilitation Service will be launched at the Bullas Health Center "if the works are ongoing and the deadlines are met".
The implementation of this Service will mean that Bullas users do not have to travel to other neighboring towns such as Cehegín or Caravaca and, in addition, the waiting list to begin the rehabilitation is not as long as it has been to date.
On the other hand, the Health Center expansion project has also started.
From the City Council they have undertaken all the necessary procedures so that in the near future the neighbors have more services such as Social Educator, Dentistry, etc.
that are already offered in other centers.
"The sensations are very positive" Muñoz said after the meeting after obtaining the commitment of the Manager of the Murcia Health Service "in a short time the Rehabilitation Service can be launched and the expansion works of the Health Center can begin. they are totally necessary to offer better services.
