Today the exhibition "Adaptation: The other fight against Climate Change" is open to the public, which is framed as an action within the communication objective of the LIFE SHARA Project "Knowledge and awareness for adaptation to climate change".
This project aims to strengthen the governance of adaptation to increase resilience to climate change in Spain.
The City of Bullas, through the Department of Environment and Education, in collaboration with the National Center for Environmental Education, has wanted to join this initiative by bringing this exhibition to Bullas.
Its objective is to continue contributing to the awareness and knowledge of the youngest people about the problem of Climate Change.
In this line, the City of Bullas has been working on the development of a local strategy on this global problem, through the LIFE Program.
"A total of 15 panels show the effects and causes of pollution and pollution in the world," said Councilor for the Environment, Alfonso Sánchez, who clarifies that "although the goal is to curb global warming, it is also important that we be aware of that our acts cause an impact on nature, so we must respond humanely and through small individual actions mitigate the effects of climate change. "
The different courses of the educational centers of Bullas and La Copa may book a visit, for which there will be an expert who, from a more dynamic and pedagogical perspective, will facilitate to bring the challenges of adaptation to climate change to any type of public.
The exhibition will remain open until January 26, from Monday to Sunday, morning from 11 am to 1 pm and afternoon from 5 pm to 8 pm.
