The City of Bullas, through the Department of Services, remembers that the maintenance of the lots, cleaning of public and private spaces must be maintained throughout the year.
"The owners of the lots are obliged to keep them in the proper conditions of cleanliness and health, proceeding to their deratization every six months," reports the councilor of the area Juan Valera.
In this sense, it is recalled that the breach of the obligation to maintain them in the proper conditions of cleanliness and health, will determine the subsidiary execution of the works and precise operations by the City Council, charged to the owner of the lot.
In addition, it is considered a serious infraction the lack of cleaning of land or plots or not proceed to its deratization every six months.
For these infractions, the fine ranges from 151 to 6000 Euros.
In case of recidivism, the penalty may be increased.
