The SEPE has prepared an information sheet indicating that if problems arise in the operation of the registry during the filing of collective applications for unemployment benefits, for suspension or reduction of working hours as a result of COVID-19, it will not be sanction its presentation outside the term of the five established days, as long as they are beyond the will of the company.
It also reiterates that the requests adhere to the template in Excel format provided, since erroneous completion may cause delays in the collection of workers.
In some cases, the template has been presented in PDF format, which has not allowed its automated treatment as planned.
Lastly, it is insisted that communications be made through the Common Electronic Register and company certificates through Certific @.
