| The mayor Francisco Espín brings the matter to the Regional Assembly, and regrets the “inaction of the Government team until now, despite know about the works since January ”| Ciudadanos Bullas has set itself the objective of preserving the natural environment of the Mula riverbed in the Río Puente area, in which the Segura Hydrographic Confederation plans to build a gauging station.The orange mayor Francisco Espín will raise for study by the parliamentary group of Citizens in the Regional Assembly the matter "due to the sociocultural impact it has on our municipality", although he trusts that the meeting scheduled for Monday between the City Council and the CHS will give its fruits and "an environmentally acceptable alternative is found."In this sense, Espín has shown its specific support to the Government team, although it has regretted that “it has not moved a finger until now, despite knowing the intentions of the basin organization since January, and even receiving its technicians and visit the area ”.
In his opinion, "at this time we appeal to unity to preserve the Río Puente area, which implies supporting the mayor in the face of the decisive meeting on Monday."Espín has asked the socialist councilor to "put the interests of the municipality before those of her party" and to "show the same vindictive attitude before the CHS as before other organizations controlled by parties of a different sign."
