Last Friday was presented at the Wine Museum exhibition 'Espartéame' Alejandro Sevilla, framed within the activities to mark the International Museum Day activity.
The aim of Espartéame, project born in Mula, is to reinvent and give a new use to Esparto, from its purely functional use a decorative use.
"The main parts of Espartéame are animal heads hanging on the wall. Our mission is to replace hunting trophies harmless for our heads," says the author.
With this exhibition can be seen until July 3 at the Museum is returned to Esparto important it was decades ago;
demonstrating how versatile this material and the amount of possibilities you have.
About the Author
Alejandro Sevilla Bath is a graduate in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Murcia.
It started with Espartéame in February 2015 after making various practices in different companies in the region of Murcia.
It also conducts workshops for children and adults of initiation to the technique of Esparto.
