This year the City of Bullas has reserved in its budgets a € 45,000 item for the Participatory Budgeting program.
This is a pilot project that will allocate this money to the realization of the projects and initiatives proposed and chosen by our people's neighbors.
The deadline for submission of proposals begins next Friday, February 24, and will be open until Thursday, March 9.
Proposals can be submitted online (http://bullas.es/areas-municipales/participacion-ciudadana/) and in the mailboxes that will be established in different municipal spaces.
In Bullas will be established in the Informajoven, while in the Cup will be in the Health Center and the Municipal Offices of La Copa, at times to be published well in advance.
To submit a proposal will have to fill in a tab that will describe the project or initiative.
In addition, although it is not mandatory, it may also include an estimate of the economic cost of the same.
It should be noted that the heading of the Participatory Budgets is distributed as follows: € 32,400 for Bullas, with a minimum of two interventions, and € 12,600 for the Cup.
The citizenship is free to present the proposals with the theme they deem appropriate.
It is invited to present initiatives that improve the sustainability and / or social utility for the entire municipality of Bullas, which address priority needs not covered in terms of infrastructure and equipment within the framework of a territorial balance, serving more than one area.
In short, proposals that result in the improvement of the quality of life of all the neighbors of Bullas, as well as those that reflect the main needs of the population.
To submit a proposal it will be mandatory to identify yourself with name and surname, ID and date of birth.
Proposals submitted by associations should be identified as such, also indicating the name of a responsible person.
You must also indicate an email address or a contact phone number, and from which nucleus of population comes the proposal (Bullas or La Copa).
The same person or association may submit a maximum of 3 proposals.
