Within the Vinarte program, the Wine Museum will host on 22, 28 and 29 March some days dedicated to tasting wines protected by the quality of the Protected Designation of Origin of Bullas and learn to combine them with any type of food.
Thus, each day will be dedicated to a different field of gastronomy.
The first day 'Give it to you with cheese', is held on Wednesday, March 22,
For which we will have the presence of Eduardo Haba, technician of the Denomination of Origin of the cheese of the Region of Murcia and will know what are the virtues of our cheeses and how to combine them with DO Bullas wines.
On Tuesday 28, on the second day, we will learn to taste wines trying to discover which are the predominant aromas in the wine to know to combine them with the dishes that we find in our kitchen and restaurants.
The title of the same is 'Become an expert in marriage from scratch'
Finally, the third of the tasting days will take place on Wednesday, March 29 and is entitled 'Maridajes de Km 0' which will have tapas cooked by the restaurants that make up the Wine Route of Bullas and we will rotate each one of them. The tapas with ingredients that allow us to bring the same lid to the white wine, red wine or rose or sweet wine, only with the help of a few ingredients.
The seminars are organized by the Bullas Town Council and the Bullas Wine Route Association with the collaboration of the Bullas PDO Regulatory Council.
Registration for the full course, which will be taught by Francisco J. García, collaborator of Training of the Center for Tourism Qualification of Murcia, is 35 euros and 15 per independent day.
