Bullas City Council has signed a contract with the Valencian Community Certification Authority (ACCV) for the installation of a User Registration Point (PRU) in its premises, where the residents of Bullas (natural persons) can obtain their certificate Digital free.
The services that are the object of this contract will not apply any cost to the City of Bullas, as the creation of a PRU network is a key element in the development of the Electronic Administration.
The schedule that the City Council of Bullas has established to make the request for the certificate will be from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.30 hours, in the Town Hall of Bullas (Plaza de España, 2) and from 5 pm to 8 pm on Friday afternoons in The offices of the Office of Youth Management, in the House of Culture.
In the PRU, in addition, other procedures can be carried out, such as the revocation of the certificates, the management of passwords or the exercise of the rights contained in the data protection legislation.
In all cases it is essential to identify the applicant in person by means of his or her Spanish ID card, NIE or Spanish passport.
Digital certification is the only way to guarantee the technical and legal identity of a person on the Internet.
This is an essential requirement for institutions to be able to offer secure services over the Internet.
Further:
- The digital certificate allows the electronic signature of documents: The receiver of a signed document can be sure that this is the original and has not been manipulated and the author of the electronic signature can not deny the authorship of this signature.
- The digital certificate allows to encrypt the communications.
Only the recipient of the information can access the content of the same.
In short, the main advantage is that having a certificate will save time and money when making administrative procedures on the Internet, at any time and from anywhere.
Associated services
The General Administration of the State and the ACCV have collaborated closely to enable access to its services to citizens and Public Administrations using the digital certificates of the ACCV.
The most representative example is the possibility of accessing the Virtual Office of the AEAT (https://www.agenciatributaria.gob.es/) and to carry out all the available procedures, among them, the telematic presentation of the income tax return.
Other examples are:
- The procedures of the Virtual Office of the General Treasury of the Social Security (http://www.seg-social.es/Internet_1/index.htm), for example the consultation of the working life, of the IRPF by benefit, the Request for direct debit, the quotation situation, etc.
- The services of consultation and certification of cadastral data of the Virtual Office of the Directorate General of Cadastre (https://www.sedecatastro.gob.es/).
- The Telematic Registry of the Ministry of Public Works.
