The Department of Culture of the City of Bullas today published the bases of the Erotic Painting Contest Bullas 2017 through the website www.bullas.es.
As part of the activities programmed in Bullas II's Erotic Week, the competition aims to encourage creative activity, while encouraging the artistic participation of citizens, disseminating and publicizing artists or amateurs, within the framework of the culture of the eroticism.
Any individual over the age of 16 whose work fulfills the requirements established in the regulations may participate.
The style and the technique will be free and the subject of competition will be the EROTISM, in its broadest aspect, without exceeding pornographic or obscene.
Two prizes are established among all participants, a first prize of € 300 and a second prize of € 150.
With the particularity that if no painter is from Bullas or the hamlet, La Copa, there will be a special prize for the best local author of € 100.
The deadline for presentation of the works is open as of the publication of the present bases, ending on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
The exhibition of the works will be inaugurated on Monday, May 22nd and it will continue until at least Monday the 29th of the same month.
