Yesterday, Councilor for Celebrations and Culture, Antonio José Espín, accompanied by members of the Festival Committee, the President of Peña Huertana 'La Uva', David Espín, and the parish priest, Juan José Noguera, presented the poster announcing the Celebrations of San Marcos that this year are celebrated the 29 and 30 of April.
The author of this poster, Jacob Martinez, won the contest to which were presented six other people with an image in which details of the Festivities of San Marcos as if a comic would be shown the saints and the Virgin of the Rosary, the Clothing huertana as well as the typical gastronomy of that day.
"Colorful and fun," said the councilman in the presentation, "a faithful reflection of these holidays so dear to the people of Bullas."
From the hands of Councilman Jacob Martinez collected the prize of 150 euros.
This year in the program highlights again the celebration of the Folklore Festival of national character 'Villa de Bullas'.
They are already 35 years receiving groups from different places in Spain.
On this occasion we will be able to see Saturday 29 at 17:30 in the Plaza de España to the groups: Choruses and Dances of Miguel Esteban, Toledo, Municipal School of Folklore of the City of Betanzos, city with which Bullas maintains a special relationship and the Which will pay homage to the inauguration of the Betanzos Garden on Saturday morning, and the local group Ntra.
