On the night of September 16, Saturday, the Wine Museum will host the event to invest Pachi Larrosa, gastronomic critic of 'La Verdad', as a new 'Master of Wine 2017', an event framed in the Wine Festival of Bullas preamble of the Festivities in honor of the Virgin of the Rosary.
Bullas Town Council, along with the Bullas Wine Route Association and the Regulatory Council for the Protected Designation of Origin of the Bullas Wines, have decided that Larrosa will be the one in charge for promoting and disseminating the Bullas wine culture.
This journalist and editor of 'La Verdad' Author of the gastronomic channel 'El Almirez', knows the wines of the Designation of Origin Bullas quite well.
This year, he went to jury in the first edition of the contest to choose the ambassador sommelier of the wines covered by this quality label.
Larrosa said in the context of this competition "the remarkable quality of the pairings analyzed and especially valued the commitment and bet of restaurateurs and winemakers for quality wine-growing, based on the territory and supported in the effort to value the local product of the region of the Northwest and of the Region ".
