Yesterday, Councilor for Culture, Antonio José Espín, inaugurated both the exhibition of local artists of Bullas and the exhibition of paintings that participated in outdoor painting competitions on corners and places in the municipality of Bullas.
The exhibition of local artists includes: Pedro López González, Mari Cruz Fernández, Magdalena Caballero, Antonio Fernández "Ché", Nardi, Roslim Dew, Juan José Sánchez Ros, Juana Martínez Caballero, Andrés Escámez García, Alba Navas Martín , Esperanza Collados, Juan Antonio López Fernández, María Dolores Sánchez Rodríguez and Tomasa Ortega.
These artists from Bullas show magnificent canvases for those who have used different techniques of acrylic painting, in addition we also find in the exhibition room painted tiles, wood sculptures and works in forge.
On the other hand, Espin took the opportunity to award the prizes to the winners of the fourth edition of the Outdoor Painting Contest 2017 held on Sunday, September 3.
The winner of the contest was David Escarabajal of Alicante, and as they reflected the bases of the contest, being the winner from outside Bullas, there would be a second prize for a local artist who fell to Esperanza Collados Martínez.
The exhibitions with the paintings of the local artists and those of the contest of outdoor painting can be visited from Monday to Sunday from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00 hours, until October 15.
