Yesterday, the Museum of Wine began a series of seminars dedicated to disseminating the historical and artistic interest of Roman sculptures from the Roman village of Los Cantos and which were recently seized and recovered by the Civil Guard in the framework of operations for the Defense of the Spanish Historical Heritage.
The Town Council of Bullas, through the Department of Local Development and Tourism, organizes this cycle of lectures on heritage and archeology on the subject of the recovery of the sculptures of the Roman town of Los Cantos.
The Mayor of Bullas, María Dolores Muñoz, opened yesterday the days that end on Saturday.
After his intervention, gave way to the agents of the Seprona who explained how the recovery of the statues and what is the defense of historical heritage in Spain.
Today Thursday, the main objective of the conference will focus on knowing the geographical and historical context related to the statues.

Roman villas in Hispania and the elaboration of wine in the Roman villas of Hispania will be the topics that will be discussed in the morning papers at 7 pm, by Virginia García of the National University of Distance Education and Yolanda Peña de the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, respectively.
Finally, on Saturday, from 10.30 am, visits have been organized to the village of Los Cantos, to the Bullas archeology classroom and to the Lavia winery, where a tasting lunch is included.
