The first inquiries were made in the homes that were the object of theft, where all the possible indications were gathered about the way to commit the robbery and the people who might be found after their authorship.
The investigation allowed to verify two different modus operandi within the crimes against the patrimony.
On the one hand, some facts had been committed using force, while in other cases they were thefts.
The agents identified seven people who were allegedly responsible for thefts and robberies in the homes and, after a search mechanism, four of them were arrested and identified and made available to the Office of the Attorney for Minors for three others, because they are minors.
One of the groups consisted of three minors and committed two crimes of theft in the home.
The second group consisted of four people of legal age, who had been arrested and who had committed crimes of theft in homes.
Thanks to the rapid action of the Civil Guard and the Bullas Local Police and fruit of the close collaboration between both bodies, it has been possible to prevent the commission of more robberies with force.
During the proceedings, the agents have recovered a great variety of effects stemming from thefts with force in homes that, after being brought to court, have already been returned to their owners.
So far, the development of the investigation has allowed to clarify four criminal acts.
Those arrested and the proceedings ordered have been made available to the Magistrate's Court of Mula and the Office of the Prosecutor for Minors of Murcia.
