This last weekend, the members of Bullas Civil Protection have worked for 32 uninterrupted hours in the work of cleaning snow on the road that joins the municipality with Avilés (Lorca).
The work began at the time it began to snow in the early hours of Saturday to Sunday until finally the road could be opened to traffic.
In addition, while this road was being cleaned, the Civil Protection volunteers collaborated in the El Romero Trail sport event, as well as cleaning the mud of the rotunda located at the intersection of Avenida de Murcia and Luis de los Reyes.
During the afternoon of Sunday, in addition, Civil Protection answered calls from neighbors and tourists who were trapped with their vehicles in the snow.
As they point out, there were more than thirty vehicles aided by Civil Protection that already warned of the intense fall snowfall and informed the onlookers that they were approaching the snow from traffic problems.
