The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia and the Bullas Local Police, within the framework of the 'Safe Trade Plan', have developed the operation 'AGATONILLO', an investigation that has culminated with the dismantling of an experienced criminal group, whose four members They have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of the crimes of robbery with force (07) and belonging to a criminal organization.
In the two domiciliary searches carried out, several bicycles, a cash register and tools have been recovered.
In addition, several tools have been seized, allegedly used to commit robberies such as a vehicle, gloves, balaclava and a shear.
The investigation began at the end of last year, when the Benemérita was aware of several robberies with force committed in shops and premises of the municipality of Bullas, which had generated some social alarm.
The Civil Guard and the Local Police of Bullas focused the investigation on obtaining the necessary evidence that would lead to the clarification of the robberies, for which the corresponding ocular inspections were carried out in the criminal scenes.
More than four robberies in the same restaurant
The researchers found out that there was a common pattern in the modus operandi used to access the establishments, as well as geographical proximity of the premises assaulted, one of which had been subject to up to four robberies in a short period of time.
The agents found out the identity of the possible suspects, two young couples, residents in the municipality and with a bulky criminal record for burglaries in homes, on which the investigation was focused.
The result of the evidence obtained was brought to the attention of the judicial authority who ordered the entry and search in both houses.
Recently, the Civil Guard has carried out the exploitation phase of the operation 'AGATONILLO' with the entry and registration in the investigated homes, where several bicycles, a cash register and tools have been recovered.
In addition, several tools have been seized, allegedly used to commit thefts: a vehicle, gloves, balaclava and a shear.
The investigation has culminated with the dismantling of a criminal group, settled in the municipality of Bullas, whose four members have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of the crime of robbery with force (07) and belonging to a criminal organization.
The arrested two men and two women, aged between 24 and 32 years and of Spanish nationality, the recovered effects, the seized tools and the diligences instructed have been made available to the Magistrate's Court of Instruction.
