The City of Bullas, through a side, appeals to all owners of lots in the municipality to keep their plots clean and in good condition.
And is that according to the Municipal Road Cleaning Ordinance, as well as Law 13/2015 of March 30 of Territorial and Urban Planning of the Region of Murcia, land owners in urban land must keep them in the proper conditions of safety, health and public decoration all year round, not only in spring or summer season.
Otherwise, the corresponding disciplinary proceeding will be opened (without the need for prior notice), considering a serious offense, which would correspond to a penalty of between 151 euros and 6,000 euros.
From the Department of Environment and Public Works and Gardens, warn that once initiated the sanctioning process and not proceed within the period established for its cleaning, will proceed simultaneously to its subsidiary execution, impacting the expenses that are caused according to the Municipal Ordinance Regulating the Solar Cleaning Rate.
