The Department of Local Development Bullas City Council reports that the Ministry of Employment, Universities and Enterprise, through the Regional Employment and Training Service, has established and published the calls for grants of the Self-Employment Development Program "Zero Fee", both for long-term unemployed as well as for young beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System.
This call presents as the main novelty that the concession will be made according to the order of entry of applications or the date of completion of the file, provided that the beneficiaries meet the general and specific requirements established.
The amount of subsidies to be granted as an aid to the initial establishment of self-employed workers will range between € 2,000, generally, € 2,500 if the beneficiary is a woman and € 3,500 if the person is disabled.
In parallel, assistance can be obtained to maintain the activity by financing the fees paid to the social security for a period of two years, counted from the date of registration in the Special Regime of Self-Employed Workers.
Long-term unemployed people who have a personal employment agreement with the public employment service or collaborating entity, as well as young people registered as beneficiaries in the National Youth Guarantee System, may be beneficiaries of this aid.
The general term of the call will be open until October 15, 2018. There is an individualized term for each request.
Thus, for subprogram 1 (Assistance to the initial establishment), interested persons may formalize their application until the last day of the month following the date of registration in the Special Scheme of Autonomous Workers of Social Security.
