This past weekend, the auditorium of the House of Culture was the stage where eight speakers passed, experts in History and Heritage.
More specifically, they talked about issues related to Bullas from the Roman era to talk about the 'Venus de Bullas', going through the publicity writing of the Tower of the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, up to the story of a bullero military Juan Sánchez Cisneros who lived in the reign of Ferdinand VII or our most recent days as the Spanish Civil War and how it was lived in the town.
From Friday that were inaugurated by the Councilor for Culture and Education, Antonio José Espín and Professor of History at the University of Murcia, Francisco Marsilla, until Sunday, have been about three hundred people, between neighbors, students and lovers of history, who did not want to miss these days aimed at the general public and that, also, could be followed online through the Internet on the City Council page (bullas.es).
The Mayor Maria Dolores Muñoz closed them giving thanks to all who attended as listeners as well as the speakers for showing data and facts unknown to many and that are of great interest, highlighting that "these days serve to publicize and safeguard the heritage of the locality, one of the axes of our government action in the cultural field ".
Finally, everyone registered in the conference could meet in situ some of the most emblematic places of the municipality such as the museums of the House D. Pepe Marsilla and Wine, and the Archeology Classroom on Sunday morning.
In addition, a total of seven photographers participated in the First Photo Marathon of the Bullas Heritage organized by the Bullas Photographic Association together with the Department of Culture.
