27/10/2010 The next day, to be held in Bullas, at 14.45 am, next to Garden Street Wine, the Thirteenth NORTHWEST TECHNICAL CONFERENCE, to be attended by municipal technicians, Mayors and Councilors planning of the municipalities of East-River Mula, Mula, Pliego, Bullas, Cehegín, Caravaca, Calasparra and Moratalla.

It will cover topics related to energy saving systems in municipal and public lighting.

This day will be given by the technical department of Simon Ligthing, and presented by the Dean of the Northwest D.

The participants then, made a tour to the Wine Museum.
