On Monday 31 October, Bullas Mayor, Pedro Chico, the Councillor responsible for the Cup, Ana Elizabeth Espin and Town Planning, Works and Services, Francisco Martinez, visited the beginning of the remodeling and refurbishment of Fernandez preserved old offices in the Cup
The refurbishment of these units is aimed at the provision of the residents of the municipal facilities Cup, where different groups have a place, a venue for irrigators Cup and other municipal office for the care of neighbors.
The project was set within a planning agreement, will cost more than € 65,000 and a duration of approximately 6 months of implementation.
The works will be performed entirely by a local company and it is expected that in the first quarter of 2012 these facilities to enjoy all the neighbors.
Indicate the interest by the current government team that neighbors can rely Cup modern and functional facilities appropriate to their needs.
On the other hand it is also important to emphasize that although the planning agreement only provides for the refurbishment of the ground floor of the building, the city planning council on behalf of the mayor, is in talks with the Directorate General of Urban Planning of the Autonomous Community Region of Murcia, to obtain a helpline, grant or agreement, allowing the course of this legislature, also remodeling the upper floor, to undertake the remodeling of the building.
Also, Mayor Pedro Chico, stated during the visit of its intention to open once the municipal, moving on a periodic basis the district to see first hand the needs of residents.
