The Governing Council has given approval to an agreement between the Ministry of Health and Social Policy and the City of Bullas by which the regional government allocated 302,400 euros to hire 18 people for day center for the care of elderly dependents.
The Department will distribute the total amount of the agreement in three installments to ensure the provision of this service.
During the year 2011 will be allocated 25,200 euros, 51,200 euros and 126,000 euros in 2012 in 2013.
In the day centers providing basic services for geriatric and rehabilitative care for people in situations of dependency.
Moreover, these facilities offer personalized intervention programs so that the greatest improve personal autonomy and basic social skills, as well as provides support and care to families.
