This year will soon come to an end the Department of Festivities organized the first Workshop on Development of "Wine Nuts" in collaboration with the folk group Bullas Peña "The Grape" on the longest night of the year, the night of San Juan .

According to ancient customs dictate, this wine must be made with nuts gathered on the day of San Juan, which is when they are tender and in optimum condition for preparing this recipe.

For this reason, on Friday December 23 at 19.00 in the Bullas Wine Museum, the Department of Festivities and Huertanica Peña "The Grape" wine come to uncover the nuts produced on 24 June.

The event will be entertained by traditional music of the Rock Huertanica Christmas.
