The Secretary General of the Government Commission, José Gabriel Ruiz Gonzalez, has received the mayors of the towns of Caravaca, Cehegin, Bullas, Alguazas Campos del Rio, accompanied by the manager of the Greenway Consortium, Juan Soria, and Director of Study "Environmental Improvement and Landscape of the Greenway", Dolores Ortiz.

The head of the secretariat of the Government Commission has shown interest and has indicated that the project is "viable" and "necessary" so that will send the report on environmental improvements and landscaping of the road to the Ministry of Agriculture competent in this field.
The Greenway is one of the attractions of the Murcia region by passing numerous people and nature tourism lovers.
