The City of Bullas providers interested in taking the payment plan established in Royal Decree Law 4/2012 of 24 February to collect unpaid bills included in the certified list submitted by the City Council to the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration should making the request it by computer and electronic signature or in person at the General Register of the City.
The Councillor for Economy and Finance, Mariano Alvarez, explained that there are these two ways to complete the process and thus, has said "you can save the debt providers with the City and provide liquidity to the companies."
By computer, the deadline for submitting applications is April 22, and in him with an electronic signature providers must report on page www.aeat.es acceptance of supplier, date of acceptance of provider, number of current account, the nature of the company, if it has been agreed and removed the principal amount of the discount removed, if any.
Similarly, providers who choose to complete the process in person may do so until April 20, completing the official form which can be downloaded on page www.bullas.es and delivering in the Register of the City.
Alvarez has referred, then, to companies that have outstanding with the town of Bullas and also with local companies: Bullas Tourist and Marimingo.
Furthermore, she added that must meet certain requirements such as due and payable and all prior to January 1, 2012.
In total, Hall has filed a debt to suppliers amounting to € 6,146,289.
Dividing the following amounts would be: € 5,570,413 City debt, debt of € 36,460 Bullas Municipal Tourism Society and € 539,416 debt of the Municipal Marimingo.
