Yesterday opened in Bullas Wine Museum the exhibition entitled "From the useful to the beautiful" by Pedro Antonio Fernández Valera, a native of the town.
It brings together a series of fifteen pieces whose main common denominator is the use of recycled materials, wisely assembled in each work, the heat of the forge and forging craftsmanship.
The artist has been working the iron over 16 years and has been under the baton of various smiths, between 1996 and 2000.
He traveled to Germany to perfect techniques in painting and sculpture.
Today has its own workshop "La Higuera", in the heart of Bullas, it has become much more than a place to transform everyday work, at your leisure, in the laboratory experiments and anvil stove.
This exhibition will be displayed in the temporary exhibition hall of the museum until 28 October is part of the activities "Harvest" which organized the Department of Tourism in the days before the festivities.
