The IU-Greens councilor in the Municipality of Bullas, Manuel Escámez, today denounced the state of "abandonment" of green areas in the municipality, and reminded the Government team whose duties include the maintenance of parks and gardens.
Escámez has branded as "unacceptable" the state of the garden district of San José, in which there are several bins broken, sharp wires that pose a danger to children and there is a risk of falling walls and broken sections of fence.
They are also in a similar situation, according to the mayor, the green areas in the neighborhood of Calderón and the Prado, where "plus dirt dumped there switchboards and dog droppings everywhere."
In his opinion, this is the result that local government officials "spend their time perched photographic work, self-promotion and medal hunt" instead of "perform the duties of the position."
Ever wonder if the councilor responsible plans to carry out projects "or just wait for the end of the legislature," and noted that the only intervention conducted in parkland in this term corresponds to the project to adapt children's areas approved by the previous government in its latest plan works and services.
